SZCZECIN Devin McCourty Patriots Jersey , Poland, Aug. 5 (Xinhua) -- The grand final of the Tall Ships Races 2017, an event which brings together the largest sailing vessels in the world, is being held between August 5 and 8 in Szczecin, northern Poland.
More than 70 large vessels from 18 countries are taking part in the Tall Ships Races finals. An estimated 2,500 sailors and 2.5 million tourists are attending this biggest outdoor event in Poland.
Completing an exhausting race across the Baltic Sea, the sailing vessels came into port in Szczecin, the capital of Western Pomerania region, to celebrate the final, together with citizens and tourists. Szczecin has already hosted this event twice - in 2007 and 2013.
The international crews set off from Halmstad, Sweden on June 30, sailed through the Finnish ports of Turku and Kotka, then Lithuania's Klaipeda to arrive in Szczecin, after sailing for over 1,200 nautical miles. Among the vessels, there are Estonia's "ST IV", Sweden's "Tre Kronor Af Stockholm", Finland's "Helena", Britain's "Challenge Wales" and Poland's "Dar Mlodziezy".
Over fifty percent of the crew of each ship participating in the races must consist of young people aged between 15 to 25.
The sailing ship rally is popular with citizens and tourists, and accompanied with music events and fireworks festival. The event will end on August 8 with a parade of the sailing ships between Miedzyzdroje and Swinoujscie on the western part of the Baltic coast.
The Szczecin Final of The Tall Ships Races is under the honorary patronage of the President of the Republic of Poland.

The meaning of the word at any particular time depends not on an atomic definition but on the context in which the word is used.
In fact, the only way in which we can convey any definitive meaning of the word fire is through example, as we have done above, or through a comparison with other words which are already able to use; for example, if we say that the word can be used as a noun, we understand this because we are familiar with other nouns. In turn, we understand the concept of a noun because we are familiar with how nouns are used. Although we can provide a definition, the definition follows our understanding of the meaning – it does not provide our understanding.
As an explanation, Wittgenstein discusses the word “game”. We cannot formulate a description which serves to define the class, because any definition will exclude things which we do consider games or include things which are not games. For example, if we say games are characterised by competition, then we exclude games like solitaire from our definition. If we say that games are characterised by physical activity then we exclude games like chess.
