NEW DELHI Baratas Hombre Nike Air Force 1 Flyknit Bajas Grises , June 14 (Xinhua) -- Indian authorities ordered a probe Wednesday after a video footage of a man carrying the body of his seven-month-old niece on a bicycle went viral.
In the footage, the man, identified as Brij Mohan, can be seen carrying the body of his niece Hombre Nike Air Force 1 Bajas Verdes Baratas , Poonam, on his shoulders as he pedalled his cycle in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh's Kaushambi district Monday after being denied an ambulance at the district hospital where she died.
"We have taken cognizance of the incident. An inquiry has also been initiated," Chief Medical Officer of Kaushambi, S.K. Upadhyay Mujer Nike Air Force 1 Bajas GS Rosa Baratas , told the media.
Meanwhile, police have also registered a case against the ambulance driver. "We have filed the first information report against the driver for refusing to ferry the deceased from the hospital to her home," a senior police official said.
The girl was admitted to the district hospital following several bouts of vomiting and loose motion, her uncle said.
This is not the first such incident of the dead being denied an ambulance.
Earlier this month Hombre Nike Air Force 1 Bajas Grises Baratas , a man in the eastern state of Bihar was forced to carry his wife's body on a bike to reach his home for her last rites after being denied a mortuary van at a state-run hospital.
And in August last year, an impoverished man in the eastern state of Odisha carried his wife's body for 12 km after the hospital where she died allegedly failed to provide an ambulance to carry the body back to their village.

NEW DELHI, June 30 (Xinhua) -- India's tallest air traffic control (ATC) tower will be operational at Delhi airport by this year-end Hombre Nike Air Force 1 Deconstruct PRM Grises Baratas , a top official said.
The 101.9-meter air traffic control (ATC) tower has already been handed over by the operator of the Indira Gandhi International Airport to the Airports Authority of India (AAI).
"ATC operation is something that cannot be put on hold. We will start the trial run soon and there will be tests for two to three months," Guruprasad Mohapatra, AAI chief, told the media Thursday.
"After that parallel operations will start by December and gradually we will shift to the new tower Nike Air Force 1 Hombre Bajas Rojas Baratas ," he added.
Air traffic controllers will get a 360-degree view of the airport from the tower and they will be able to see all the three runways and taxiways.

LONDON， June 2 (Xinhua) -- A major research will be launched to study the possible link between a history of concussion and neurodegenerative disease in former rugby players， the University of Oxford announced on Thursday.
The Rugby Football Union (RFU)， along with several academic institutes， including the University of Oxford will cooperate to carry out this project.
This new study is designed to assess the potential association between a history of concussion and general and neurological health. It will begin shortly and will involve approximately 200 participants over the age of 50 who participated in the previous study， according to Oxford.
This will follow on from a study conducted in the past 18 months by researchers from the Oxford Center for Sport， Exercise and Osteoarthritis， which included a survey of approximately 300 former England players as well as Oxford and Cambridge University players.
The more in-depth research will gather additional data on the retired players' quality of life and social circumstances， with an extensive set of tests capturing physical and cognitive capabilities and a neurological clinical examination.
Evidence is accumulating on the possible increased risks of neurodegenerative diseases including Dementia， Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)， Parkinson's disease (PD)， Dementia and Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) in former contact sport athletes.
Different sports expose players to different types of injuries and while several studies have suggested an increased risk of various neurological disorders， this has not yet been established.
""This study will provide an insight into the health of former players， which can only be a good thing in terms of players being more informed， but also helping the sport look at how to manage both the short and long-term risks associated with injury，"" said former England rugby player， Rob Andrew， who took part in the first phase of the research.
